KSOU — Fee refund from ksou

Hello sir .I Ravi Shankar had taken admission in Ksou study centre and given them fee 15000 per semester.i got marksheet of first two semesters Nd even after paying fee of third semester I am not getting any exams done till date even after one year passed after clearing two semesters.and moreover now my study centre is saying that I have to give exams of third semester in Karnataka .as I am a government employee and I can't afford to go to Karnataka so I have a choiceof either my mtech degree got completed or I want my money back.please help me the procedure by which I can take my money back from Ksou..plz help me my contact details are [protected]@gmail.com .
