KSOU — I am not received my btech degree certificate

Dear sir / mam,

I have done my distance education from ksou in year 2014, i have received all my marksheet but after 4 year i am not received my degree certificate.
Here i am attaching the marksheet for eight semester for taking the inputs for further investigation.

Also i have paid all the money for this tooo..

Pleas help me.
