KSOU — Non entering of Internal marks & not received original M.Com mark car

I have Completed my M.Com from KSOU (Karnataka State Open University) in the year 2011. My Roll No. is 7296027. When I received my mark car, the internal marks are not entered and duplicate (not original marks card) marks card received. I didn’t noticed the changes. I got know the error while I submitted my marksheet copies for getting convocation application from my study centre (KSOU STUDY CENTRE, MANGALORE), Mangalore and they rejected my application stating the reason that “ internal mark not entered and this is not original mark card” . I Later when i inquired about the same with the study centre they were not at all ready to provide any guidance or help, they just pointed fingers at university and redirected us to KSOU Mysore. Till now problem is not solved by the No. I Open University. Sir, my sincere request is that my marks card is urgently to submit for the permanent job. Sir do the needful action immediately. What steps should I follow to receive my original marks soon.
