KSOU — Not received migration certificate and degree

Dear sir,

I have done bsc.It in 2010-13 batch from karnataka state open university. My study centre was institute of it & management, ropar and my enrollment no was 1112lbit0219. I have applied for the degree and migration certificate in the month of jan, 12 but till date i have not received my migration certificate due to which after 2013, i am unable to continue my studies. Sir, i have paid the fee for migration certificate 650 and for degree 1500.I regular inquire on weekly basis about my migration certificate but still i have not received my migration certificate.
