KSOU — not verifying the bba (aviation) degree

My son passed out in 2012 from ksou in bba aviation degree course. Enrolment no: 09bba20146. Its been 5 years now and still they are not verifying/ attesting his degree even after giving all the requested documents. Just harassment. 5 years my son has lost innumerable opportunities for a better job oversees only because of the delay and harassment of ksou.
I seek justice and a quick resolution to this.
