KSOU — Regarding date sheet of examination

My name is ramlok. I passed my diploma in mechanical engg (2013) from karnataka state open university. I am currently working in pspcl. (Punjab state power corporation limited). I am looking for my next promotion on behalf of my diploma, but my department is asking me for date sheet of my 3, 4, 5&6th sem examination.
