Sir, i have recharged my apdcl prepaid meter with 3000 rs yesterday but the voucher code not generated and also complained to apdcl customer care but they could not resolved the issue.. My transaction i'd is qsbi[protected].. I have checked my account also and the money has been deducted.. The platform gateway was billdesk... So... Plz confirm my transaction.. Aug 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved No the company didn't called me .. I have called them...and the problem has not reaolved Kunal Kaushik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
