Kunal Kaushik — Delaying my travel

Today at 6 AM I was travelling to Aluva from Petta station also I had Kochi one card unfortunately it is not reading. l asked the Lady in charge I could pay cash to travel first train only after leaving the first train as lwaited for the train and l missed my first train. The staff at the counter was delaying my journey. The staff could have told me the reason and the delay that would be caused but she was ignorant to do so. Please ensure your staff is enIighted on how to be curtious and give proper and appropriate information.
