I BOUGHT TWO MATRESS 1-----5"5 AND 2-----6"6 ON 22/2/2014 BOTH WORKED WELL BUT NOW ONEWHICH IS 6"6 IN THE EDGES THORNS ARE COMING OUT AND IN THE MIDDLE NOTS ARE COMING CANT SLEEP PROPERLY AND[protected]WHICH ONE IS 5"5 IT HAS BECOME SLOPING ON ONE SIDE SO IT IS VERY DIFFICUILT TO SLEEP FOR SENIOR CITIZEN TO SLEEP BECAUSE HE IS A HEART PATIENT . SO PLS DO THE NEEDFUL TO SLOVE MY PROBLEM . THANKING U SIR FOR DOING NEEDFUL PLS MSG SOON

Customer complaint no 98145 closed without customer satisfaction .our mattreses needs replacement due to overlapping problem as reported by engineer but not attended from last 6 months..very disgusting service from such a reputed company.i need immediate action .contact me on [protected]
