I bought the mattress in February of 2022 from Neelkanth Furnishing, Sikanderpur, Gurgaon for Rs, 21, 600. In just 2 months, the mattress started depressing. I called and tried to file a complaint with Kurl On but they rejected my complaint. After a few months i started sending them mails regarding my complaints and i even attached pictures of the mattress which clearly showed the depression. Again they rejected my complaint saying that i need to send them a video showing the problem in the mattress. I completely followed that and sent them the video. (i am unable to attach that video here due to the size)
Again they rejected it. I sent them several mails asking them the reason for rejection but no revert. I bought an expensive mattress because of my back problem and i tried explaining that as well but no concern or help was given.
I have never faced such bad customer service from any company.
I even tried contacting the dealer but even he has said that the Kurl On people do not respond to complaints. Was this information helpful? |
