I bought 4 Kurl on Mattresses from a local authorised dealer. One of them sagged & had deep depressions from 2 sides. It has become useless as anyone sleeping on it now will have back because of the deep sagging.
I contacted the dealer with the orignal bill, manufacturing date sticker & other details. He said to contact the company & get it changed. It took 1-2 months for him this way but nothing happened. Later I got a call from the company & they said to make a video with 2 pens & a thread measuring with the scale, showing the depressions in the video.
After doing all this circus I uploaded the video in the link they sent. After few days I got a message from the Company that the request has been resolved. I contacted the company by call centre, they said depressions are not visible in the video. I asked them to send someone for inspection. They said no one is there for the same.
Then I took another video this time showing clearly in the video & picture. Same thing happened they closed the complaint saying sagging is not deeper than 1.5 inches.
Then I took another video doing the same circus, then again they rejected saying you're pressing hard to show this.
The dealer at least has some sense to say, that I'll repair at my own cost if Company's attitude is like this. Shame on you KURL ON. Even after buying so many Mattresses from your brand from these many years, you don't even have a representative to come & inspect the product in Bangalore city.
After wasting so much time in making those videos to convince you that it's really a faulty mattress & not sleep worthy, I am fed up & want my money back. Now a days there are so many companies offering trial sleeping period for mattress & no questions asked returns.This is not expected from a brand like Kurl-on
