I bought a king size mattress from m/s akash bedding emporium, kolkata on 7th may 2018. After unpacking i observed that a foul smell was coming from the mattress. I also noticed that the mattress was saggy at the edge. I contacted the retailer who showed his inability to do anything in the matter. He suggested to call the toll free number and lodge complaint with customer care dept. I sent a email at [protected]@kurlon.com on 8th morning but didn't get any reply as yet. It's really surprising to see this kind of attitude from an iso9001 2008 company. Pl pay attention to my complaint and sort it out at your earliest. Was this information helpful? |
