[Resolved] Kurl - On — No Order status email and updates from Kurlon company

I have placed order to kurlon from online website. As per the website, "Thank You for your purchase at E-Kurlon! Your Order Number is : OA00041 You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress. " There are no updates from company. Registered complaint to their call centre ticket # TN97324. No updates so far, and i am worried about delivery now. There is no order tracking system in the website.

Although there is no status update, company delivered the items in partial shipment. Received in good condition. I appreciate if they have better online tracking or Customer care support for the online orders / online purchase. Thanks for consumer complaints for logging complaint and sharing my feedback.
