Since 1994, I am a dealer of your company and its been 28 years that I have never failed in any of my payments in fact I had made all of your payment of each & every invoice with benefit of 3% cash discount.
I am a dealer of your company in (MBO – MULTI BRAND OUTLET) category and i am mainly dealing and as well as promoting your MATTRESS division and FOAM division (P.U. FOAM of GOLDLINE)
So after seeing all of this I think I deserve some kind of RESPECT & HELP/SUPPORT from your side to promote your company product and for my dealing as well, So that both of our business can ran smoothly.
But from 1st April 2020 to JUNE 2021 there has been a tons of changes in your product and business policies that has made me totally helpless in my dealing and promoting both, changes like packing and finishing look of mattress, change in name, no gift scheme and many other and there was huge disappointment .
But now finally the situation has changed and going in favour by providing gift scheme and monthly scheme
We really liked your gifts item to dealer and advertisement hang out material for diwali festival
Now we are mainly facing the following problems that are creating a barer in our dealing
1. Your app is not properly updated I have faced many issue like your app doesn’t open many time and it doesn’t show the tracking position of despatch goods.
2. In this MARRIAGE SEASON we are receiving many order of mattress but your ASO SAMBALPUR fails to provide me the material in time for which our order gets cancelled .They are taking around 7-10 days of period to provide me the material, and always have the same reason that we don’t have your order goods in stock.
3. Gift items (BEDSHEET & PILLOW) that should be provided to customer at the time of mattress purchase are not been delivered to in time and again we are failing to provide them the gift items and for this they(ASO SAMBALPUR) are saying that our system is not showing any gift items for your billing. Either your system is not properly updated or your employee is not capable to work in the system. In both the cases I am the one who has to suffer.
4. While transportation few your mattress flim/ploythene covering gets damaged and we are left with just naked mattress, after so many request we had not received a single covering flim till now. Result of this is that now we don’t accept your torn polythene mattress we return it back and they again fail to provide me the mattress in time. And payments also gets blocked with you.
5. At least your mattress division employee stays in touch with us they take our calls inform about the changes in company policies by phone or whatsapp or by directly visiting in counter
BUT your FOAM DIVISION employee(BHISMA) is taking his name too seriously. He is least interested in interacting with us he says we have our distributer we don’t want share any information of foam with you. If this is the reply to a dealer by your company employee then I don’t think we going to carry on our business with you in future.
Your early action may help-us to promote your both the product mattress & foam in this marriage season
