I want to mention below regarding one of the worst customer service that I am experiencing from the company & team of “Kurl-on”
On 05/04/2019, I had bought a “Kurl-on” Sofa, Model No.-Magic L-Shape Sofa from one of Kurl-On authorized dealer “Smart Furniture” located at Gulmohar Tower, Ramgarh, Jharkhand-829117.
I paid Rs.33, 000/- (Thirty Three Thousand only) against the Invoice No.-49 for this product.
Unfortunately, the product was not performed well because of its seat cushion had loosened up & same is squeezing/pressing down very much during seating on it. As my product was within Warranty, so a complaint has been logged on 17/03/2020 through the Customer Care with Complaint ID-1516246 & I was told that product inspection will be done shortly by your technician. Again I got a call on 21/03/2020 that said visit has been suspended due to unforeseen reason of Covid-19 Pandemic, but my complaint will be covered under warranty.
After rigorous follow-up with Kurl-On customer support team, on 19/05/2020 again I was asked to share all the details of defective image by Mr. Ravi Sinha through Watsapp ([protected]) & that has been done as per advise.
Continue to the above process same think asked again from a new no.([protected]) of customer care(Ms. Ramya) & was provided. Then I was told that, delay in processing of my complaint due to Covid-19 pandemic & will resolved soon.
In Januray’2021 this complaint has been taken care by Kurl-on representative Mr. Saurav (M. No.-[protected]) in thorough details & I was advised to take a replacement. Same was also shared to Mr. Saurav in watsapp on 20/01/21.
Its more than one 1.8 years and in spite of frequently follow-up along with numerous calls to customer support & Kurl-on representative Mr. Saurav (M. No.-[protected]), still the issue is pending as unresolved.
I look forward to your immediate replay & a prompt resolution to my problem.
