Dear sir,
My elderly parents bought a kurlon mattress 72*30*05 size coir mattress from mattress zone, ambattur, chennai on 20.4.2023 (Invoice no.1317). The mattress is sinking and making them very uncomfortable to use. We have already raised a complaint regarding this (Complaint id[protected]. We have mailed the same with invoice, mattress pic on customer care email also. But they have replied that the details is not clear and hence rejected.
My father is 80 yr old and my mom is 78. With great difficulty they went and bought the mattress and they are in great pain and distress now. This is our first bad experience with kurlon and we have been loyal customers of kurlon since decades. Request you to kindly replace the same as it is under warranty (And have been using as per the do's and dont's) my parents cannot travel or call person to person for replacement.
