Kurl-On — Spring mattress sagged

I had purchased one double bed spring matters from pradise foam Traders Mangolpuri Delhi on dated 16/11/2014 vide bill no. 2373 but unfortunately some area in the middle part of the matters has been sagged. I complaint about it on 13/08/2015 through a call to customer care but yet there's no active respond from them many time talked to the executive and always get a single response sending your complaint to next level kurlone is wrost company i have ever seen They just make fool of customer my complaint no. is TN-88657 Dt. 13/08/2015 Regards Bhushan Goel Rohini New Delhi-110085 [protected]
