I ordered completely different product on their website and I have got completely different product. I want my money back otherwise I will shut down your website

I ordered 3 lingerie set
I got 2 and they’re not the same as i ordered

Please provide me my product and delivery of product details to me.

I ordered lingerie worth rs 2850 (Quantity 7) from kyrafit. I received my order today and paid the full amount. When i opened the packet, there were just 2 cheap panties worth rs20 maximum.
I want my money back and this fraud website should be banned.

This is not what i ordered.. I want my money back and return this thing..

I ordered a product of rs399 with rs100 shipment. The delivered product was of wrong size with poor quality and wrong product.

The product i ordered and the product i receieved are diffrent products..
And when i choose to return the product there is no response

To my utter surprise after paying Rs 1110 to the delivery guy today 13th June 20202 I have received only one product that is also wrong cheap quality good.

Requesting refund . This is sheere cheating.

This is a fraud company.. I recieved 3 wrong products and this company has no contract information for me to try and get my money back.. I need help to just get my money back

A fake website run by scammers. What they show in their website is not at all what they sent. They have sent the cheapest stuff picked up from footpaths. They charged me 1700 for stuff they sent that wasn't even worth 200. They do not provide any address, phone number or an email. The email that i got after placing my order was from "[protected]@gmail.com"
When i tried to complain it said wrong email i'd. I mean come on kyrafit.in. #. They should be blocked and investigated because they are cheating many women with their lucrative price and imagery that they show as their products.

The full website is a scam it sells nothing but the wrong product which is far apart from the original product!

I am very upset with this website if it doesn't return my money i will go through all the needs to get this company sued or the owner to pay charges for this scam!

You have no returns policy no contact number.

I had ordered from this website two items.
I only received one item and even that was not what i had ordered

I ordered a lingerie set of red color and I got cheated. They delivered me damaged product and also the product received is not what I have ordered for. They took 700 rupees. I want my money back anyhow.

I ordered a 'mauve guipure lace lingerie set' from kyrafit.in, instead i received a very cheap quality, incorrect color and incorrect size lingerie set. After receiving the order, i tried to contact the retailer through the site, and the website provided only one way to contact for help and that was through email. So, i sent them an email stating my issue and how i wanted to resolve it. Next thing i know is that this website is a scam, as the email id that the website provided i. E. [protected]@gmail.com was invalid as i received a rebound mail from gmail stating that 'the address couldn't be found'.
So i tried to get help from google, and i found in one of the complaining websites called " iamcheated. Indianmoney.com that many consumers had faced the exact same issue. That is, wrong color, wrong size, and absolutely rubbish quality product. So, we can see that similar episodes have occurred to people who have made a purchase in this fraudulent website.

Hence, the whole website is a scam.

I've lost my hard earned money, and this situation is really disappointing.
This website really needs to go down, please shut it down. People behind this website should be stripped away of their rights to sell cheap products by cheating and promising for the brand.

Online payment done for 1000+, please help this is fake. And they didnt delievered the right product.

I ordered 3 sets of designer clothing, the product that came was nothing of what i ordered, i went to site again, they didnt have a return policy, they dont have any contact info, their email address was [protected]@gmail.com I realised its a fraud site. I paid 1600 rs for it.
