I order two set n it's for 998 n what i got the cheapest one i can even wear it. I want to refund but there is not option they didn't even response. They used ekart to diliver. Plz block this app or website

    I ordered a lingerie set with rs 500, but kyrafit sent something completely different. A cheap set that you would find in the market for rs 100. There's no contact information on their website kyrafit.in neither is there a retired option. After googling them, i found they've done the same to do many others. This company is a complete fraud, cheating 1000s of people! Disgusting.

    I had ordered a lingerie set which was pretty attractive as displayed on the website but when I recieved the package and opened it, it was completely different from what I ordered and looked of very cheap quality. I was very disappointed and the only way to refund was through the email ID I have provided but there’s no response. I would like this fraud website to face the consequences of scamming customers

      Hi i have placed an order with kyrafit #4659 firstly the product delivered was a cheap local brand worth rs 118 sold for 650 to me. Also the refun policies are unethical there is no such contact or email id provided to return the order when called on one of the consumer complaint no recieved from google [protected] the person (Rohit sharma) kept asking me for private details regarding bank details and phone no when i asked it to he processed through an official email or message i was asked to hang up and since no one is replying to my calls.

      Kyrafit has delivered wrong product to me i have ordered something else and the delivered something else .
      And now the customer care number which is provided on the site is not working.
      What a great job !!
      This way no one can trust on kyrafit or on other online shopping sites.

        I ordered a set of lingerie few days back. It was a red color ribbed set but today my order got delivered and it was a totally different product. It was a pink color lace set also of not my size. Everything is wrong and more over they don't have any customers service helpline or email id. I want my money back! This is not done it's a fraud company!

          This is wrong product, i want to return it and need refund.
          This is so bad, i need the product but your company give me another product...

          I order black lingerie set but size, color and pattern all are is very cheap.bra and panty are very small in size.please refund my money.otherwise I will complain in consumer court.

            I ordered three products worth of 1681.. They delieverd only one product and that too q wrong one.. The product that was delivered was of cheap quality and not the one that was shown on the site.. And now on their website they have not provided any contact number not even a y email address.. A d so i am not able to return the product
            Its a fraud company.. Do not oder from here

              I ordered 3 lingerie set for rs 1697.. I have got only one set delivered through ekart logistics which is wrong item and also looks cheap quality. Iam tying to contact them through email but i hav got no response till now they hav not provided their phone number also.. Kindly don’t get prey to this fraudulent kyrafit.. They cheating our hard earned money

              Absolutely fake. I have got completely different product. My product 's price was 629. Quality wise it looks so cheap.

                Kyrafit is a Mumbai based company who has ecommerce portal. I had ordered 2 qnty of lingerie set worth 1140 Rs and received one piece which is very pathetic and used condition. This is a complete fake website and i need my money back.They have used ekart to deliver the order.
