I have done my recharge of rs 10 but it doesn't get recharge and from my wallet the money gets deducted bt my phone number doesn't recharge. Help me before you shut down your site. recharge is not successful

My phone doesn't get recharge but from my wallet money is deducted. I wait more than half an hour then I contact u. Plz refund my money or recharge on my number. Plz work on my problem. Plz do something or I will not go to this site in future if you donot work on my complaint or refund my money back. My friends are also using this site.
