Laaptu.com — recharge is not successful

My phone doesn't get recharge but from my wallet money is deducted. I wait more than half an hour then I contact u. Plz refund my money or recharge on my number. Plz work on my problem. Plz do something or I will not go to this site in future if you donot work on my complaint or refund my money back. My friends are also using this site. I will tell them donot use it i[censored] donot refund my money back. so plz
