I have purchase online lava phone on 13 june 2018 on same day i had request for refund on this product. After that i have received mail for visiting lava service center for full fill the condition to refund/return request. Today i have visit lava service center, after checking product customer care executive saying that this product is fake and not a lava product, lava phone imei number start with 911 series and this product imei number start with 8692 starting series. So we can't solve the issue and you should contact to snapdeal for further help. On my snapdeal account the request is closed. Please do need full.

As the snapdeal demand service deny in written from Lava company for refund, i have mail the service deny letter on 26/7/2018 but no confirmation mail still received.
