I have lot of damage chips in my store but I have called several times to distributor they didn't response me last 1 year was when I called them they used slang language I have store front of acropolis mall in kolkata my store name is babu store we need a good distributor for this area

I have found insect in my lays packet

Today I bought a 50 rupees packet lays, 3/4 of it was air. I do not get the logic at all.

I got scorched lays from the Spanish tomato tango flavoured packet.

It's terrible to find a dead cockroach in Lays Herb flavored pack. Such poor standard of well known brand. We consumed few chips straight from the pack and found a big brown dead cockroach in. If we fall sick, it's the company to be blamed totally. Do you follow any food related norms? I need a clarification.

Recently i bought 2 packets of lays westindies hot and sweet chilli and I got three rotten chips in two packets.

Hi I encountered a stone like thing in my lays maxx pocket and I thought it was normal, but as soon as I kept in mouth I felt burning sensation and it immediately caused constipation in me. Lays is this what we get for the name of safe food

After opening green lays chips, big brown disturbing pieces were found, very disturbing, annoying and ruined our outing.

I brought Lays cream onion packet from Reliance smart from Wagholi location Today i Am very much disappointment with Lays quality of wafer. I had saw the production quality testing in discovery multinational channel about the reject the raw once or green potato slice or removing burned or golden brown from packing.
Lays had always known for its qualities and product taste. I have been consuming it from my childhood.

But...

Found something brown may something burned in my lays pack

I bought lays American cream and onion packet and in it there was only 3 pieces 2 inch in length and half inch in width

The blue lays I bought on 22 November 2020 has no chips inside expect for one burnt black Piece.

Chips are burnt in every packet we can't eat this

My lays packet contained something which is not potato chips.. lays packet should be checked and verified what is packed because we feel safe with eating lays.. but i was really disappointed with what i got in my lays packet. please help me get this resolved.

Only 1 chip found in whole lays packet. Very disappointed.

sir, we have buy your lays spanish tomoto tango, 52 gm 20 rs pack .and we have found just 32 gm inside the packet ...this is ridiculers this is the way you cheat to your customer...very bad

Hi, iam a whole saler in anantapur district here lays distributor selling lays retail price to wholesaler what is this?, while asking why are you hiking this price he said this is our price u buy or not he said like that, resolve this as quickly as possible other wise i think these all complaint are only formalities not really working.

My dad owns a retail shop in baroda and we ordered few boxes of lays from the local distributor and there were lays missing worth rupee 500 from the boxes.
I have uploaded the receipt of the order. Please take action against him

Hi i had purchased a lays maxx chilly packet and found its taste not as it is usually
When i opened the packet completely i found some unusual hard pieces inside the packet and threw it away. The packet was almost empty.. Taste bad and the pieces found were shocking to me.. I am lays maxx chilly lover and i often purchase this.

Inflation or corruption?
Inform the consumers about this so that they buy intelligently. Government of india is responsible for its growing economy therefore these small issues hold big benefits if dealt in a smarter way. Right to information needs to be accessed with much awareness by the masses.

It's very unfortunate to inform you that your siliguri, west bengal distributor (Essdee) is carrying out unprofessional business by not providing lays chips to us (M/s suruchi, hill cart road, siliguri-734001). We have been selling your products since it's origin, and distributors as such as destroying the reputation and goodwill of the company by its unethical behaviour. Today itself the stock was provided to our nearby shops but was not provided to us. We have always made timely payments and have been a part in company's advancement. Then why are we not getting the stock.
It's my humble request to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as my lays counter is empty since a week.

Today dated on 30/11/2019 i bought a lays packet flavoured (Flirty tomato tango) as i usually do which cost rs 10 only.
But today i found something weired item inside this packet tastes like a hard salt just like stone.
Really never expected this from a company whose brand name is well renouned all over the world.
What will you do about this,??

This is regarding Lays chips cream and onion flavour, Batch number N2031019.
I purchased the packet of it. It tastes so pungent and unbearing taste. Something that irritates toung and something chemically taste.
I used to prefer Lays over all other brands because of its taste. However this chemically taste scared me, is it even healthy. Do you even taste the prpduction which goes out.
I cant trust your brands anymore.
We spend on your products which ultimately goes on dustbin and not even sure whatever i have eat will not cause harm to me.

In the lays packet i purchased, there are no chips.
I seriously condemn this.
This is not the first time this happened.
I purchased a packet of lays from a nearby bakery, and in the packet i purchased, there are no chips. Its only filled with air.
In addition to that, the net weight doesn't match with the weight which is labelled behind the packet.
I cannot tolerate this type of fraud from a company of good stature.
As a proof, i haven't opened the packet yet.
I need action to be taken for the inconvenience caused to me.

I run a shop at khandra (Rita store). Few days ago your salesperson visit my shop for some packet of lays and he saw that i bought some packet of lays from market, suddenly he said that he is not give me any kind of goods. Reson? Why? I'm buying goods from market? What kind of behaviour is that? If he can not afford the goods, then i should arrange the goods to run the shop, true or not?

Myself vijay. I run a general store in y. S. Colony dharwad. I have been selling lays products from past 15 years. 1 month back your salesperson did a mishap in bill. I had an argument with him over that issue and it had been brought to the notice of distributor and it was solved after 2 weeks. After that incident the salesperson said he will not be visiting my shop and giving me lays products. This was also brought to the distributors notice but no action has been taken and no salesperson is visiting my shop. As a result i am not able to sale lays products. The mistake was from your salesperson side but i am suffering for his mistake. Its unfair for me because i have been selling lays products from past 15 years.

I bought an american flavour lays from Delhi confectionery store. The packet was in a neat condition and not opened. While i consumed half of the lays i found an insect dead sticked to the chips. Which i got it confirmed from 3-4 people. I have been having lays since my childhood but this is the 1 time i hv seen this thing. What is happening to the quality and checks. I dont knw will there be any health issue but if i would have eaten that chip i would really have been affected.
Need to take some serious action so that no other person should face the same issue
