Snapdeal India's No.1 cheating marketing online, don't go for online any websites, support local sellers..
problem is I am premium customer in Snapdeal since 4 years, I've ordered more than 100 products and giving 35000 rupees by business, most as prepaid and i'm not given a single loss to them and courier too by collecting products properly.
Since 2 months I've highly disappointed with them, out of 10 products, 6 products needs to be returned.. Then what is the purpose of purchasing??
Now the problem is, I purchased Lee Cooper Office Shoe from Snapdeal website by Net-banking prepaid option.
They delivered me a damaged/low quality item which was totally unexpected.
I didn't know and wearied for a day and went to office, come to notice that full of shoes having fungus outside.. I have wiped but its forms in white color again and again.
I really shocked and didn't scold Snapdeal regarding this issue, politely returned to them, and waiting for my refund since 27th Feb, 2017.
But they told "You are used that product, we can do anything, take that product again.. and if you have guts file a case against Lee Cooper or ask to them, we are not responsible"
The why they have as sellers to cheat us, they only the responsible for what they sold right??
Now I need my money back.. kindly do favor for right one..
i can't do with that fungus formed shoes anymore.. Big loss to me by economical and mind disturbed.
What can I do with that shoes??
I believed Lee Cooper for paying high money, and they failed to satisfy me..
Now they didn't have any guilty feelings to speak for customers.
I need my rights back, if they failed to do that, definitely I will meet them in consumer court very soon.
This issue entirely fault from Lee Cooper shoes and quality of leather is terrible, smelling bad and Rs.300 worth local shoes are 10 times better than that shoes.
Help to get my cash back.
