[Resolved]  Lee Cooper — Shoes Defective

Dear Sir, I bought a shoes on 10 may 2014 from reliance footprints opulent mall Ghaziabad.he was creating problem within a week when i cleaned the shoes with shoe shiner the shoes leather was removing when i clean. I visited the reliance store and found the same problem. They takes me one week to change my shoes after one week they replaced my shoes but i asked him its is new or old they told me its your replaced shoes.now i am using the replaced shoe. There is also a new problem one of shoes has lots of wrinkles and another has not. Defective shoe sol is removing his place. Now tell me what should i do. I need to be changed my shoes with.
