I purchased two spare parts (hinge and LCD cover) based on advice from your online agents, who said they were necessary for a minor defect. Lenovo — Lenovo service center has broken my working laptop and asked me to raise onsite support request for solution

Address: Sunrise mall vastrapur Ahemdabad(380015)

My laptop was in working condition. the only problem was crack in one side. I thought of hardware repaired as my laptop was in premium warranty. I submitted my laptop on 16th Oct 2024 at Sunrise mall vastrapur Ahmedabad(380015). there was no issue in laptop charging/motherboard and it was in working condition. I was able to do my day to day work.

After the first service, they had said they replaced the motherboard, keyboard...
