Hard lesson learnt after getting betrayed by Lenskart do no go for online always trust local vendors Chasmawala's for service and products.

while buying i was told that Pro Titanium frames are the strongest, Flexible & Lightest best frames from Lenskart and I paid for that 13 thousand Rupees.
after 1 year and 10 days the Titanium frame got broken in normal use ???

Lenskart store people and online service team says warranty is gone by 10 days ... SO poor quality the broken frame edge could have injured my eye..

    I am a gold member of Lenskart and ordered a pair of John Jacob Glasses . On testing it in Store premises in Bangalore, Kammanahalli, the lens and the fit of the frame were both defective. The lens was providing dual vision with red marks and the frame was falling off (no fit).
    On stating the same there was no rectification action taken, additionally the store staff was very impolite and refused to accept the defect.

    Please repair the glasses to us or refund the amount.

      Lenskart lenses are made of very inferior quality and they are very scratch prone...I will never recommend this brand even if they give me the products for 90% discount...Within few months o[censored]sage it is having much much more scratches then my old 10 years lenses...simply pathetic quality

          Dear Sir / Madam

          My wife has visited lenskart store on 10th November 2021 in Bhayandar West for purchasing Bausch & Lomb lens. She selected a lens and placed an order for which payment of Rs. 1, 454/- was made. Screenshot attached for your reference. However, since the lens was not in the stock, order was not placed. Store executive whose name was Mandakini contacted lenskart support and have asked them to refund the amount. Screenshot of the same is also attached. We have provided bank details as well as contact number for the refund but still the refund has not been received.

          This is such a pathetic service from self proclaimed big brand who boast above their service so much whereas in real life it is opposite of the claim. First of all your store executive should have checked the availability of lens before asking for payment which she didnt. Even after acknowledging that the money has been received by lenskart the same has still not been refunded to us.

            Misbehavior by t salesman

            Today I visited the lens kart showroom located at 3b2 Mohali...wanted to buy a computer glass for my husband...and asked for an assistance in choosing not received a response even after waiting for 15 mins...then also asked that we want to go for eye test so as to be precise as we wanted to avail the one on one free offer...the salesboy did not tell us that we need to book an appointment and we kept sitting in the store for atleast 10-15...

            Today I visited Chennai camp road lenskart to buy frame for my 2.5 year kid. They kept Blue Laser light without any attention and also reachable to kids easily. It looks like a pen and not mentioned as laser light visibly. My kid taken it and flashed it to his eyes. Suddenly we realised its not a pen and acted immediately but he got his eyes exposed for sometime. Really feeling very bad for visiting lenskart. That store have separate rack for kids frames but these Laser lights are kept reachable for kids. This shouldn't happen to any other kid. How such a chain of showroom not even concerned for safety of kids. We got a lethargic answer from showroom when I enquired about it and may need to consult a eye specialist or not but no proper response from staff.

              I have ordered glasses in Lenskart Showroom situated in Vidyanagar Colony at Kothagudem (Pin:507101) on 24th October 2021 for which I paid the total amount of Rs.13, 553/- and the Showroom Incharge, Mr.K.Anil informed that my Glasses will be delivered with 5 to 6 days and he will inform me over phone as soon as the glasses arrives.
              I have waited for 10 days, but the glasses were not delivered nor there was any communication from the showroom incharge Mr.K.Anil.
              Hence, I physically visited Lenskart Showroom, Kothagudem on 03.11.2021 in the evening at about 5.30 PM and enquired about my glasses. Mr.K.Anil, Showroom Incharge after checking in his tab informed that my glasses has not arrived and it may take 1 more day and also informed that he will call me over phone after the glasses arrives.
              Again, at about 8.30PM on the same day, i.e., on 03.11.2021, Mr.K.Anil Lenskart Kothgudem Showroom Incharge called me over phone and asked me to send my prescription in Whatsapp.
              I was perplexed and enquired why he is asking for my prescription as I have already given it when I initially ordered my glasses on 24th October 2021.
              Mr.K.Anil said that he has not uploaded my prescription as server was down on 24th October 2021.
              I was shocked and asked, why he did not inform me when I visited his showroom that evening and he said he is sorry and asked me to upload my prescription in his Whatsapp, which I did immediately.
              Till now i.e., 04.11.2021, 11 AM, my order is not placed inspite of giving my prescription for the 2nd time.
              This clearly shows the utter negligence on the part of Mr.K.Anil, Lenskart Showroom Incharge, Kothagudem that he has not placed my order at all inspite of receiving my complete payment of Rs.13, 553/- and my prescription.
              As such, I request the Company i.e., LENSKART to look into the matter and take necessary action against Mr.K.Anil, Lenskart Showroom Incharge, Kothagudem and see that such incidents does not occur again in future, as LENSKART is supposed to be a brand name in this industry.

                Lenskart products are of no use. I had booked my frame order online on 22nd october with power antiglare lenses but they send me frame without frame. After so many calls they are not giving proper solution and demanding more money if I want to add power in my frame.
                Earlier I returned the frame to lens kart because frame was of bad quality.

                Don't buy any products from Lenskart.

                  I had bought two frames from lenskart store palampur district Kangra H.p . I received these after seven days . But one of the frame was not comfortable, then I go to the store again for exchange it but very firstly they refused to exchange at lenskart Store palampur. Then I asked to explain why not. At last he said to choose another frame. I choosed the frame then he said it is not available, I feel very disappointed if the product is not available then why you display it. With this I choose another frame according to my membership I will get but one get one. Again same thing happen that it is not available. At last I came back with choosing another frame which I really don't like but I have to because first one was not comfortable . And I refused to buy another two frame under my membership. Here I want my membership fees refund back . Because the service is very poor and I don't any benefit under it. The dealing was very bad .totally unsatisfied with lenskart

                    I have already visited their store but they clearly refused to repair my broken frame. As it was already in warranty period still I was ready to pay them just to get it repaired. But they refused to repair my broken frame. All the promises & commitment they did at the time of buying ws turned into dust.
                    Feeling very helpless and dissapointed I already made classes to them still no help.

                      I have ordered 3 computer glasses including frames from lenskart, from lenskart android app. Vide order number [protected] on 16th August 2021, other one order number [protected] on 24th August 2021 and third one, order number [protected] on 24th August 2021. These all are computer glasses i.e. “BLU BLOCK ANTI GLARE” lenses as mentioned in the order details, and this is what I have received. Further these people claim it to be “SCRATCH & SMUDGE RESISTANT” as mentioned under the order details.
                      But shockingly, on the very gentle use, the scratches occurred on the lenses, so I have complaint lenskart regarding the same, to which one of their agent Payal called me and stated that these are not scratch resistant (which means that lenskart cheats their customers by giving fake description in the website), Payal further stated that lenskart will exchange my products and further after around 7 days i.e. on 16th October 2021 they picked up all 3 orders (computer glasses).
                      Then on the very next day I received email by lenskart in which the exchange link was not working, so I asked them to call me on my mobile. And finally, somehow, I received the call from Himanshu Aggarwal stating that he would be helping me to place exchange order, I informed him about the exchange link they have sent me is not working, to which he said that there are some issues in the android app and further he can help me in placing the exchange order.
                      Now after making me run from pillar to post, and after around 12-13 days of regular follow-up from my side, Himanshu Aggarwal from lenskart has emailed me saying that they will not send the same order with the same quality lenses but will give the same frame with dummy glasses in one order and their basic lenses in the other 2 orders.
                      Eveytime on call they make the commitments that the next day they will place my order but all in vain as they don’t want to send the orders. It is a group or 3 persons in lenskart i.e. Himanhu Aggarwal, Jyotsna and Payal Prasad, these people are trained in cheating lenskart innocent customers and in making false and fake commitments to their customers.
                      I have called lenskart customer care and inquired about there head office or corporate office where I can complain but all in vain as they keep on saying that they do not have any such information and further as per them their corporate office in Faridabad is also closed and now, they don’t have any other office available. Then I have requested them whether I can talk to their supervisor or manager, to which I was informed that I will get their call back, which I still have not received.
                      Everyday Himanshu Aggarwal or his so-called colleague will contact me and confirms that the very next day my order would be placed but till now they are only making false and fake commitments for which they are trained.
                      Shockingly, these lenskart staff does not have any information about there founder Mr. Peyush Bansal or Mr. Amit Chaudhary. It seems that there founder is not interested in lenskart anymore, as only because of which there staff is cheating its innocent customers.
                      It is 28th October 2021 and there is no update from lenskart, they have looted my hard-earned money and as well as my 3 pairs of computer glasses.

Also it has reached lenskart warehouse, but then also after calling daily for placing exchange order, they are not placing it . sometimes they say they have error in store credit, sometimes technical issue and other times gift voucher not generated

                          I ordered 2 glasses from lenskart on 3rd October of price 6868 . After a while I cancelled the order and i got message that amount will be reflected on my account within 7-10 days . But now its been almost more than 25 days I haven’t not received refund yet . I tried many time to contact lenskart service and evertime i got a different answer regarding my refund . Worst experience with the lenskart.

                            Hlw this regarding the services commitment by lenskart sells person before purchasing the product.I purchased two no' specs of John Jacobs from the lenskart offline store from vr mall chennai in Nov 2019, it's costs me around 9768 inr.That time the sells person commit me that in future you will get any issues regarding the lenses or frame related you will be resolved by the lenkart allover store in india or incase of power change the lenskart provides the services of changing the lense.Right now I am in gujrat region and I visited lenskart store, the store person told me that we not provides the services regarding lens issue so I contact to costumer care but they told me about their return policy means after one year lenskart provides no services I continuously calling customer care but no solution provided and cuts by call without resolving my issue.

                              Refund not credited to account

                              I purchased a product from lenskart, but i returned the product back after receiving it as i am not satisfied with the product, they initiated the refund and said that the amount will be credited within 5-7 working days, but the amount hasn't been credited to account even after 2 months.

                                We have placed an order [protected] costed us Rs3598.
                                We have received an SMS "Order delivered" . But we didn't receive the parcel and we suspect parcel was delivered to wrong address.

                                  I want to buy a glass from LensKart showroom which is located in beach road few people were inside so they told me to wait outside it was very hot outside so I asked the salesman to take my wife inside as it was very hot outside he told me after
                                  two people come outside you can get inside meanwhile there came one lady and the boy they went directly inside and this guy don't said anything and at that time to other guys came out outside from inside
                                  It seems like we are not that rich and we are not fair we were not wearing as good clothes as they were wearing because of that this guy didn't let us inside and he let the lady and the boy inside
