I ordered two sunglasses from LensKart.com. I received it on 5th June, 2014. But I was facing sizing problems with both the sunglasses. So I returned it to LensKart. they received it on 9th June, 2014. In the same day, I requested Cheque Refund for the amount I have paid for the above order. They said that I will receive my cheque within 6-7 days and they also said that I will receive the Tracking details via email. On the 3rd day, again I contacted customer care, they said That my cheque refund request is in process, the whole process will take 10-12 days. On 15th June, I again contacted Customer care. They said that the whole process will take 8-10 days.. The three customer care executives given me three different processing time... The exact time only God knows... Today, I again contacted LensKart. They informed me that the cheque hasn't been dispatched yet... But it has already 8 days left... So I am totally confused... I will really receive the cheque or not...
So I request you... Please dispatch the cheque and send me the tracking details as soon as possible... Otherwise if the cheque wouldn't be dispatched within 48 hours, I will never buy any products from LensKart and also I will never recommend LensKart to anyone... Was this information helpful? |
