[Resolved]  Lenskart — Complaint Pathetic customer service False promises & misguidance

Dear Nodal officer,

I'm really disappointed with lenskart customer service. I really felt heartbroken as I didn't expect such behavior from Lenskart.

Firstly I would like to bring in your notice that I visited lenskart Airoli showroom in Jan 2023. I asked her how much particular glassware with power will cost? She said 4400/-, if I buy 1 eye wear it will cost 4400 and if I buy 2 Eyewear still it will cost 4400/-. I was completely shocked. What is logic behind it, it was compulsion buy another one. Also, I feel department itself have forgot about Piyush sir's vision of starting Lenskart.

As, I wanted to buy only from lenskart being old and happy customer so I researched in market and I went through the app and I got to know that I can buy one Eyewear costing 2486/-only through online from Lenskart. Being old customer atleast I reasearched otherwise you would have lost valued customer.

I order online on 24th JAN at 12:10 am, order ID-[protected] and I received message that Lenskart will deliver in 3 days or it will be on us. And I got delivery on 28th I.e after 3 days. So I raised concern on customer care where Simran kaur said amount will credited after 15days as LK cash.

Also Anukrit Tewarson also confirmed to not to worry it will automatically get credited on16th day. On 10th Feb I again raised request of status of LKcash, so Mr Deepjit lahon confirmed that he raised request no[protected] and will get it resolve by 12th February.

On 13th Feb, Mr Roshan Kumar Poddar confirmed that it will be credited by EOD.On 14th Navkirat Singh again raised new request and gave false commitment that it w8ll get resolve soon.

Now, after going through such trauma, I'm patiently asking again and again. What do you think, customers are sitting idle at home. They don't have any other work to do other than following up with your customer care.
I want to know what above people have done since so many days. I'm damn fed-up with your services, false commitments and misguidance.

I want 2486/-only as LK cash that too on priority. I was not informed that there is 50% as LK cash while I asked for refund, whole will be on us is written by lenskart. Attaching the proof.
