On 21/12/2023 -wednesday-12.40pm i recived a call from the executive of customer care as I have made a complaint of my order being returned to warehouse without my information and wasn’t having specs for days .He assured me that since my order was returned to warehouse without my information and the product which I wanted was also out of stock, he said me to purchase any of product as of now, as a compensation I can the exchange the product before January 31 2024 and can purchase any specs of John and Jacob’s worth 5000+2000(lens).Now when iam connecting to the customer care they are saying it is out of warrant we cannot help.when u cannot help then why did the executive of customer care gave assurance that i can exchange the product before 31 january 2024 even when it was out of warrant .NONE OF THE CUSTOMER CARE ARE CONNECTING ME TO THE EXECUTIVE NOR THE ASSISTANT PRAGYA JAIN .From past 3 days they are just comfirming the order ID and telling pragya jain is not available, she is having problem in her system and variety of reasons.It was the executive who said me the order will be exchanged with full 100% guarrantee and said me to contact customer care.NOW TEHER IS NO RESPONSE. VERY DISAPPOINTED to make a purchase from lenskart i have been a gold membership for past 4-5 years and it is proved that it is not WORTH. Was this information helpful? |
