I had ordered a pair of eyeglasses and a pair of sunglasses with my prescription provided on Sept 13, 2020.
They said the sunglasses which I had chosen does not support my prescription and please switch to magnetic clip-on. I did that and chose one magnetic clip-on. The order processed and I received the package on Oct 1, 2020. I was fine with the eyeglasses. However, the sunglasses (magnetic clip-on) was not the one which I had selected. They selected on their own and did not even consult with me and the magnetic clip-on was bigger in size and therefore loose on my face.
I raised a complaint on Oct 1 and since then I have been suggesting magnetic clip-on of small size or sunglasses of small size. And, every time I suggested any sunglasses or magnetic clip-on, I always received an excuse, saying either quality problem or prescription does not support. And, I don't believe that sunglasses don't come with my prescription, as I did get one 4 years back with the same prescription.
Now, I am simply tired of all chasing. If you guys just take a customer for granted I cannot do anything. But, completely unsatisfied with the service.
Still, if you can address my request, kindly exchange it, at least I can use the sunglasses because I know that wayfarer magnetic clip-on does support my prescription. Was this information helpful? |
