[protected]..pls cancel this order.. .and return my money in my account as it is debited by rs 2120...your boy had said that cancel this order because you have placed a wrong order.. .there is nothing to cancel.. .i am totally confused to cancel it.. Lenskart Customer Care's response Dear Siddharth, we apologize for the delay response, as per the current update, we would like to inform you that we have canceled the order (order# [protected]) and we have also processed the online refund on 18th Nov for the same. It will be credited to your bank account within next 4-5 working days. We can check, the new order has been placed with order id [protected] for the correct lens package.
We have also dispatched the new order with tracking id[protected] via Xpressbees courier. We will try to expedite the process of the delivery.
We tried calling you, however, were unable to connect with you. Hence we are marking the concern as resolved with us.
