As per my order no [protected], ( get one free offer ) two products were delivered one on 7/2/2023 and the other on 13/2/2023.
The original product ordered and recived on 13/2/2023 is of poor quality and was returned to the store at stadium road Palakkad Kerala on 22/2/2023.
The way my grievance was addressed by the manager was offending and he could not offer a satisfactory solution to get the product repaired or refunded considering its quality issues. He was not even ready to give a receipt for the product, which is really unsatisfactory for a customer.
On verification i found that by intimating buy one get on offer the total bill amout 14063/- including insurance, i was given two products of Rs. 6832/- each of lesser quality and value. This amount to unethical trade and supplying products of lesser value and quality which is not expected from the company.
My Exchange/Refund request for Lenskart Air Eyeglasses #[protected] is received when i handover the product to the store executive to initiate the claim.
Kindly refund or get the product i have ordered at the earliest failing which i will be forced to initiate legal action. It is highly appreciated if the company give necessary orientation to the store manager on how to improve his skills in addressing grievances in view of customer satisfaction.
