I ordered a gift card from lenskart for one of my friend for diwali and i ordered as date of delivery was showing before diwali. Then on date of delivery, i. E 25-10-19, i checked with customer care about the status and i got to know that it would take a week now to dispatch. I put my cancellation request and executive confirmed about cancellation. After 10 days i got to know that gift card delivered to my friend. Now, struggling to get a refund as they have a policy to say that gift card is non refundable but do not have anything to say about delay delivery and forcing customer to accept the order after even cancellation.
