I have visited the lenskart store in madurai and before ordering the items i enquired about invoice with my gst no incorporated so that i can claim gst input credit. in the store they also gave assurance that they will send email to the office and you will get the invoice with your gst. after confirmation front the store only i placed that order.
at the time of receiving the order i didn’t get the invoice with my gst which they assured. instead i get normal tax invoice. then i immediately i raised the issue to the store persons they told that the email is still in open status soon you will get the invoice with your gst. from that date to till date i.e almost one month i am following with the store persons but no response from their end . if i ask the customer care persons in chat they ask me to contact store, but in store they are not properly responding i am following with them for almost one month. i didn’t where to escalate this issue further. as a last hope i am sending this mail. kindly look into the issue and provide the invoice with my gst no at the earliest
