[Resolved] Lenskart — I wanna get my broken frame repaired or replaced...

Hello sir/ma'am,

A few months before i bought specs from lenskart from malviya nagar store (Bhopal). At the time of delivery too i could easily make out how delicate and prone to damage the full rim frame appeared to be. But then the sales man assured me that it will work out fine but, unfortunately it didn't.

When it broke the very next day i got to the store to get it repaired while the salesman then refused it words and without even having a look at the frame said that damage to frame is out of the scope of warranty which i believe it wasn't.

All i now want is to get my frame either repaired or replaced...
