I am writing this review with immense disappointment regarding my recent experience with Lenskart. Despite exchanging my eyeglasses and being promised a discount, my order has yet to be delivered, well beyond the promised delivery date.
I placed an order with Lenskart on May 22, 2024, with the expectation that it would be delivered promptly. However, it has now been over a week, and I have not received my order. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially considering the company's initial commitment.
Furthermore, I opted to exchange my eyeglasses, which were valued at ₹600. Lenskart offered a discount price of ₹900 for the new pair I selected in exchange. However, despite this discrepancy, I agreed to pay ₹500 for the exchange. Despite my cooperation, Lenskart has failed to fulfill its end of the bargain by delivering my order on time.
This experience has left me feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with Lenskart's service. Not only have they failed to meet their delivery commitments, but they have also displayed inconsistency and lack of transparency regarding pricing and exchange policies.
I urge Lenskart to address these issues promptly and provide me with a satisfactory resolution. If this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will be forced to explore alternative options for my eyewear needs in the future. Was this information helpful? |
