I have ordered for spectacles from lenskart through a field agent. 1st time tried theough upi which went to payment processing, the agent told that it failed and I paid again through debit card. Money got deducted for both payments. Now, lenskart is not returning the wrongly debited amount. I keep following up from 6th of February, they kept pushing the resolution late, started with 8th then 10th then 12th then 17th now 23rd. No proper resolution has been given, no proper communication has been shared.
Lenskart took my hard earned money and not returning it.
