My Oakley frame got rust. I showed at vizag local lenskart center 6 months back. They asked me to submit the frame for 1 week which is not possible to me at that time. Again in December I complained regarding this rust, they spoke to area manager and in a week they're going to exchange the frame. After 1 week I approached and I was told that area manager will come and see the frame, they will inform me at the time of his visit. But still no intimation. Please solve the issue immediately. Thank you.
