[Resolved]  Lenskart — No status for my order

I had placed the order against [protected] but due to some reason the same order was cancelled and reordered [protected] on 30/02/2016 and same is showing dispatched on 04/02/2016 by xpressbees now i am trying to track the same no status in fact from 07/02/2016 they are only assuring that we will contact you.they gave me the no to contact for the shipment i tried calling them as per ms pooja the consignment is still in delhi only .

i would like to request is it my responsibility to call up the courier and get the status.
when you people have given the option to track your order why same is been not updated till now after 4/2/2016
