[Resolved] Lenskart — One year warranty claim issue

Hi,
An exchange order has been created under warranty claim for order id [protected] product id is 143576. I am asking for the replacement of the same product i.e 143576 or 207652 (both are of same price) but lenskart executive Miss Shruti refused it by saying that the price has been increased so I won't be able to get the replacement even with the same product 143576 nor the another and I will have to pay price difference for the replacement of same product. Nothing such has been mentioned in company's warranty policy when the product was purchased
Kindly look into the issue because in this case there will be no meaning of one year warranty left.
