I purchased Lenskart gold membership last month. Then I placed the order of packets aqualens colored lenses with power and a bottle of lens solution on 22nd of may. It was supposed to be delivered by 25th of may. I went to see my orders on 25th and it was written there that there is some delay in delivery and it will now be delivered on 29th of may. Then on 29th of may, they said that it will be delivered on 2nd of June due to some delay. On 2nd of June date changed to 6th of June. Finally on 5th of June, my order was partially delivered. 1 of the lens box was missing from the order. I again contacted customer support. They took 2 days to process the request. Then they provided me a Lenskart voucher saying that the lens is out of stock you please place order when it's in stock using this voucher. It's been 4 days now and the lens is not in stock yet. If you didn't had the stock, you must not allow to place an order before. I'm frustrated now. The lens packet which is already delivered will expire and it will be waste of my money.
