2.the product was ordered on 2nd Feb and to0day on 11th Feb i receive the update. I have
been calling lenskart support care everyday with no affirmation on delivery date. Now the
product is lost.
3. Lenkkart promise to deliver within 3 days of order placing. today is exactly 10th day from
2nd Feb when the product is yet not delivered.
4. the premium price of delivery is paid by me.
5. Lenskart today says that that above facility of 3 days is only for metropolitan city. then
should i pay the premium pice for non mentropolitan city.
6. Lenskart startup had a purpose to reach out to remote location. Is this is the orgaisation still
focussed with same thing as on date.
for above, i should be compensated for 70% on the price paid 1209.6 INR on the above reason
mentioned. Total to be paid as INR 362.88 as compensation on the delay, harassment, false
commitment, misleading customer, not communicating right action at time. Neither i want
replacement/ nor refund at this product as the lost time, harassment cannot be taken by
Lenkkart but it can only be compensated at this moment,
Note: Please get this cleared at the earliest as the compensation is must for suffering i have
gone through.
Kindly advise, if above statement will not be taken by Lenskart.
It is requested to avail reduction on INR 500 more on the product price
