I have ordered two eyeglasses from the Lenskart store on 5th November 2022. One of them was received on 8th November and for other glasses it was showing 10th November. On the application I can't find the tracking details as well and when I tried to reach customer care they told that your order will returned to the our warehouse and after that we will deliver again. But now after it shows returned to warehouse I have spoke with the customer care they are saying that the frame you have selected it out of stock. They are also not doing the refund. They are saying if I want refund then I have to return other pair of glasses also.
If they are not having frame in stock then they should not accept the order.
It is not the expected reply and service from the lenskart.
