[Resolved]  Lenskart — Store credit provided to wrong order number

Hi There

From past 2/3 weeks almost every day calling the help desk & no result yet. Attached specs return receipt (attached here too) & provided all the details asked by your team. Every time I called I was given the promise that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. Even today when I called the same answer is given.

Problem statement:
a) 2 john jacobs specs returned of order [protected]/[protected] amounting to Rs. 21282.36
b) Store credit done is of order [protected] Rs. 1959.44

Resolution expected:

a) provide right store credit
OR
b) return the wrongly sent specs through BlueDart

Problems I have because of the issue are
Don't have proper specs from past 2 weeks
The amount paid here on specs though it is high, trusted LensKart & bought; currently I don't have the specs nor store credit I am promised Rs.21282.36 when I called first time 3 weeks back

Expect an amicable resolution at the earliest.
