[Resolved]  Lenskart — very ugly service

Ordered a bifocal glass on 3rd dec 2019. Payment completed on the same day. They assured delivery on 15th dec. After 15th contacted to the support team. The person who attended the case, apologized and assured priority delivery on or before 20th dec. Even after 20th they didn't do anything on it. Again when i approached the support team, they repeated the usual apology. Then they cancelled the order and asked me to wait another 10-15 days for the refund. I felt it very bad. Their approach was very rude and careless. Hate lenskart

Sir, I have received the glass by courier service at Boudh on dt 18.12.19 .It is found that the bifocal lens looks blur at bottom.The DV is correct but NV is blur.I have purchased from your store at Said nagar Bhubaneswar as per order no [protected] .Hence kindly rectify it.
