    This is to be informed you that with grievance to you that we purchase a mobile through online dated 29.08.2014 vide order no ID LM29086751 and pay the processing fees of Rs 874/-.But after review EMI was not sanction.After that a people who operate the online service told to us a wrist watch awarded to you against the amount of Rs 874/- which is paid to you as a processing fees but till date we are not received the same.After a long conversation and mail but there is not reply at your end.i am highly oblized if you provide my wrist watch or refund the same

      I ordered a mobile handset from them on 06/09/14 and was assured that will get the delivery by 16/09/14. but till date i have not got anything from them and not even picking up my call my order number is LBM 06097827 please help me to get handset or my money which I had paid as advance that is rs. 1000.

                          First i call letsbuymobile number [protected] and i speak with executive, i said i want "Micromax Canvas Nitro A310" on emi he takes my number told me our offline executive call back me, after 15 minutes i got call by letsbuymobile executive from [protected] she told me deposit 900ruppes processing fees in account and she Send me account number via sms on my number, i deposit ₹900 successfully in account ICICI bank "Funtastic Holidays" account number:[protected] from branch ICICI bank adalat road aurangabad cash recipt. txn no: 7867 Time: 03:01 pm date:24/07/2014 After deposit i called number [protected] she told me send us mail on [protected]@letsbuymobile.com all details name address pan number, as per she said i send mail successfully and called her, she told me till evening i ll get my order id, bt next day morning i called she told me some technical issue reason, you ll till taday evening you get order id, next morning i again call bt she not receive my call i call their customer care number, executive told me, she speak with them, bt still i not get any response, i called again customer care number but every time told speak with them, i trying to called number [protected] but they not received call from my number . its total case of fraudulent and cheat, I Want justice I request to all my friends please beware of this type of fraud companies.                               Hi Team, This is in reference to the below order i have placed online on your site. I am soon going to file a case against your site in the consumer forum and also with cyber crime cell and report the fraud you are doing to people and cheating them of their hard earned money. Since the day i have placed order, i tried to call the customer care number and pressed option 2 as directed by the system to check the status of my order but was never ever able to talk to a person, also when i pressed option 1 and asked your supervisor to provide me the status of my order, they always made me fool by saying that they will arrange a call back which i never received. IT's going to be a month and i never received an update from your team regarding my order and even on your site it is mentioned that in case my order is not approved, i, ll receive a branded wrist watch which is also misleading. I am going to report this and will make sure that this fraud site will get closed and people will not be cheated of their hard earned money. Vikrum Srivastava
