I bought an AC 7months back there occured an error code CH 05 and due to that they replaced the product after a long time and even after replacing the product the same error occurred in the replaced product too.And till now we don't have a proper solution to the product and we are asking them to refund the amount but they are saying that it won't be possible and the te is not responding properly to our calls and due to the heavy heatwaves my family is suffering a lot. I'm totally depressed with this Lg product.

Today LG team came to our house and they resolved the problem.Now, I feel relaxed and can be safe from the heatwaves.
