[Resolved] LG Electronics — I'm complaining about my lg refrigerator

My refrigerator is not working science 27th nov 2019. I have submitted a complain to customer care on 29th nov 2019. Rnp is[protected]. But no action was taken. Then again i submitted a complain to your customer care on 31th dec 2019. Rnp is[protected]. But still no action was taken.
Again i forwarded this complain to your senior executives names:alakesh choudhary asm lg services and trishna mahanta executive lg services. I was promised to provide a standby refrigerator but till date i have not recieved any positive responce. I feek very much cheated. Its really disgusting..

Audio system is not proper. Audio is working only after half an hour of switching on the TV. Once every half an hour the audio goes off without using any Remote control.
