Respected sir, no doubt your libra bus service is awesome, but one of your libra bus ( from Raman mandi to Bathinda) conductor named soma pandit is taking ticket fee from cancer patients, even patients have their cancer certificate. When we say him that other private buses are not take ticket fee from cancer patients then he says rudely that every Libra bus take a ticket fee of Cancer patients. Is it true?
